Free Concert: TONIGHT, Probably someone awesome (almost confirmed Interpol), free food + drinks for 3 hours, 80 Greenwich Street

ANOTHER UPDATE: The link to the Twitter post we mentioned below has been taken down, but it is definitely Interpol. Evidence below:

UPDATE: The list closed around 3 pm EST.

Anything even remotely associated with the Creators Project, winners of the best event of last year is worth going to, especially since the sponsors are EXACTLY THE SAME. There will be free food, drinks and lord knows who performing there tonight. RSVP ASAP here. Vice even tweeted about it here and just posted with more info here.

We like guessing, as is evidenced by things like this in the past, so here's one theory. Interpol. Coincidental timing and they played the last one.

  1. This looks like a private event, it says *invite non-transferable. Are you sure it's open to the public?

  11. Last comment. You are ridiculous. They hooked you up with a 3 hour open bar with free food. Interpol were there, they just didn't play. How is MyFreeConcert supposed to know that? Vice never confirmed anything to anyone, you just kinda had to show up.

  12. @5:40, wow people will whine about anything. Poor baby, you didn't get to see Interpol perform but you got your hours of free alcohol on a Wednesday night. You can piss off.

  13. Went last night. Disappointed there was no live performance but the DJ was actually really great. Plus just meeting MNDR and Paul Banks was awesome enough than having a show. Good times.
