In preparation for the brand-new 4Knots Music Festival on July 16, the Voice is holding a kickoff show at the South Street Seaport exactly one week before, on July 9. Headlining that free, all-ages show, which starts at 6 p.m., will be Ted Leo & The Pharmacists.
