Info on a possible Jelly NYC "Rock Beach" Festival

We aren't sure if this is actually happening or what, but rumors have spread about a series of free shows that JellyNYC could be throwing this summer. The image below was on their website (now a dead link) and has subsequently been taken down, while the Fleet Foxes have denied playing any of these dates. So it very well could be a hoax. Either way, the prospect of these shows is quite intriguing, were they to go down. The lead story was found at Gothamist and we will continue to keep you posted as things transpire.

Quite frankly though, don't get your hopes up, though we are keeping our fingers crossed.
